A seriously challenging addition to the side lunge!

A common problem with lunge mechanics is the Adductor Magnus being overactive during hip extension, causing a medial knee dysfunction. A way to help elevate this dysfunction while keeping your athlete strong and progressing is by adding this weight plate like a slider. With the adductors stretched out and having to pull the weight plate along with it will increase Adductors strength as well as increase tissue length.
