FTI: Double Waves

Here are two double wave variations that will give you different training outcomes – by changing the speed of this hinge pattern wave, we can change from an aerobic to an anaerobic focus. Aerobic Double Waves are driven by a hip hinge to create a rhythmical and steady wave that could be sustained for up to 60 seconds and beyond. Anaerobic Double Waves are more fast and dynamic, and are best for shorter bursts.
